on 2010-08-18I, at the time of order, was not sure of what I actually needed. So I was very pleased, that when received it was a perfect match for my lamp and works just fine.

on 2010-08-08In order to fit my Verilux lamp, I had to use a file to remove the side of two tabs on the base of the bulb. It only took about 10 minutes, but initially it was impossible to get the bulb into the lamp. After this small operation, the bulb fit fine and it works great. I think it was worth the $15 savings compared to the bulb from Verilux. Sorry I can't include a photo.

on 2010-08-03The bulb arrived in a timely fashion, but was defective and didn't work. After notifying the seller, they refunded my money without question. I would defintely do business with them again.

on 2010-04-11Needed a replacement bulb for one accidently broken in my lamp. This one worked very well, although I thought the shipping/handling was a little too much.
